Zardun NEOM is the latest eco-resort heading to NEOM’s Magna.
The city of the future is partnering with Zannier Hotels, a luxe hotel brand inspired by the chalets in Megève, to create a luxury eco-resort on the coast of the Gulf of Aqaba.
One of many hotels coming to Magna, the newest destination by NEOM, which will consist of 12 other destinations – we’re going big, of course.

Zardun NEOM: Zannier Hotels
NEOM’s Magna is welcoming a Zannier Hotel, Zardun, a new eco-luxe resort that will overlook the crystalline waters of the Gulf of Aqaba, nestled between the mountains to the low hills and across the plains to the sea.
The NEOM-Zannier partnership aims to introduce a new hotel that blends with the environment. Within the 4 sq km Zardun NEOM, the restored semi-desert landscape consisting of fauna and flora will feature 100 rooms and suites over three striking buildings. Each of the buildings will be themed, offering a diverse experience.
Visitors will make their way through an underground entrance, which will led ot a 36-degree observation deck, revealing the majesty of Zardun. Additionally, the hotel will offer educational programmes on nature conservations, as well as activities including trekking, mountain biking, rock climbing, stargazing, medication and yoga.

The hotel will be located in Magna on the Gulf of Aqaba.

NEOM Magna
Magna is the latest destination revealed by NEOM, which will consist of 12 other destinations across 120 kilometres. The space will welcome fitness-focused Gidori, beach club Xaynor and wellbeing-focused Elanan. It will have 2,500 residences, 15 luxe hotels, three marine bays and a 500-student boarding school.

Other NEOM projects
