ALMANAR
ALMANAR by ROSHN is the newest residential community promising serene living and quality in the city of Makkah. The new development will have an internal road network, robust telecom, electricity, water, irrigation and drainage systems. Spreading across 2.5 million square metres, ROSHN plans to create a new way of living for people across the Kingdom by establishing integrated blends such as this one.
ALMANAR location
Ideally located, ALMANAR ROSHN will be located at Makkah’s Western Gate between the old and new expressways adjoined to Jeddah. The key location is also 20 minutes from Masjid al-Haram, and 40 minutes from King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah.
ALMANAR amenities
Keeping with ROSHN’s focus on sustainability, ALMANAR by ROSHN will offer everything within walking distance. Visitors will be able to enjoy lush green and open spaces that will make up 12 percent of the community’s total footprint. Additionally, you’ll be able to enjoy walking, cycling and sports for those days when you’re feeling active. It will also feature schools, retail centres (there promises to be a large mall), health care centres, and mosques.

The existing natural landscape will be preserved and prioritised, with wadis winding through ALMANAR, contributing to the green infrastructure that works with local environmental and ecological systems. Can you think of a greener community?
As with all ROSHN developments, homes in ALMANAR will feature regionally industry-leading energy-conserving technologies such as modern insulation, solar water heaters, and efficient air-conditioning.
