Location
The British band, whose hit songs are actually too many to list (Paradise, Clocks, Yellow, The Scientist – we could be here all day) will be performing at Abu Dhabi’s Zayed Sports City Stadium to accommodate the expected high demand, since the venue is bigger than Yas Island’s Etihad Arena.
Coldplay are currently on their Music of the Spheres World Tour, which actually started two years ago, back in 2022. They’ve been all over the world, including a massive US leg, Australia, Asia, South America and key European cities.
Other acts at the event
Supporting Coldplay at their Abu Dhabi show will be one of the region’s up-and-coming stars, Elyanna.
The Palestinian-Chilean has found a global audience with her blend of Arab-pop with Latin rhythms, which pays respect to her routes.
In the summer of 2024, she joined Coldplay for their headline show at Glastonbury to help perform We Pray, a song in which she is a featured artist, and Arabesque.
