It’s time to catch a wave. NEOM’s Sindalah Island is officially open.
This is big news because it marks the first NEOM giga-project to open to the public.
The Saudi project spans a whopping 840,000 square metres in The Red Sea.
The new island will be home to around 40 restaurants, including nine casual eateries and nine fine-dining spots. Additionally, there will be a yacht club and a beach club.

But that’s not all. Sindalah Island will also have three luxury resorts, with a mix of hotel rooms and serviced apartments. There will also be spa, 86 piers and over 50 luxury brands.
The project also aims to become a yachting with 75 offshore buoys and a variety of under-the-sea experiences such as snorkeling, kayaking and scuba diving.
Sindalah also hopes to become a golfing destination by offering world-class experiences over a 5,920 metre course.
The aim is to welcome 2,400 people per day to NEOM’s Sindalah Island by 2028. Want in?
Similar to The LINE, Sindalah Island hopes to allow residents to travel everywhere they need within a five-minute walk. The island will have no roads and cars, but likely all the ambience.
