The first W Hotel in Saudi has just been confirmed in NEOM.
The W Hotel is coming to Trojena. Additionally, a JW Marriott NEOM hotel has also been confirmed by Marriott for the area in the northwest of Saudi.
Saudi W Hotel in Trojena
W Hotels are recognised globally for their style and playful concepts. The W Hotel in Trojena will feature signatures of the hotel brand including W Lounge, Wet Deck, Living Room, AWAY Spa and a FIT fitness center. The stylish property will have 236 guest rooms, including 47 suites.
The new Saudi W Hotel will also have four dining concepts and shopping.
We cannot forget about the views. The W Hotel Trojena will be situated within the region’s Lake Village, and provide unmatched sights of the freshwater lake and mountains.
What’s more, there are anticipated activities at the edge of the 2.8-kilometre-long architectural lake. There promises to be a mix of hospitality, commercial and residential experiences, including restaurants, shopping, adventures and even an enchanted forest.

JW Marriott Hotel in Trojena
The JW Marriott NEOM will be located on The Bow, a pioneering futuristic water world. It will be immersed inside the lake (yes, really) and surrounded by the iconic mountains of NEOM. It’s anticipated the property will have 500 luxury rooms and suites, five restaurants, a fitness club, a kids’ club, swimming pools, spa and more.
If you’re looking for a plush Saudi staycation, this promises to be it. The NEOM JW Marriott will be a space tailored to ultra-premium escapes and well-being expeiences.
There are currently no confirmed openings dates for the Saudi W Hotel and JW Marriott.
Trojena is one of the most exciting giga-projects in NEOM. With rugged mountains of up to 2,600 metres, pioneering concepts and some of the world’s top hotels coming to the area, it aims to be a year-round vacation destination for the world, and the first GCC outdoor ski resort.
