Pack your bags and grab the kids, a new entertainment destination is in the making.
Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) has announced a new SAR1.1 billion ($292 million) entertainment centre SEVEN Yanbu.
The new destination will be located along the seafront walkway on Al Nawras Island spanning across a land area exceeding 36,00 square metres and a built-up area of over 62,000 square metres.
SEVEN Yanbu is backed by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) with construction on the new destination already underway.
The fun-filled destination will offer experiences fit for all ages including:
- 10-screen cinema
- 10-lane bowling alley
- Carnival rides
- Clip n’ Climb facility with 30 climbing challenges
- Dining options
- Indoor golf course
- Junior family entertainment centre
- Shopping
Yanbu, also known as Yambu or Yenbo, is a port city situated on the Red Sea in the Al Madinah Province in western Saudi. The lush city is known for its parks and grassy lawns making it the ideal pick for SEVEN Yanbu.
Architecturally, SEVEN Yanbu will reflect the city’s heritage and oldest port. The design will celebrate the element of water with hints of beach and sea vibes throughout.

SEVEN is dedicated to establishing world-class entertainment facilities for residents and visitors to enjoy. Its upcoming projects are scattered across 14 cities in the Kingdom including a massive 84,000-square-metre adventure land opening in Madinah and a SAR1 billion development in Tabuk.
