Up, up and away.
Saudia has added eight new daily flights to Abha from three major cities in Saudi.
The new Saudia Abha flights will depart from Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam daily.
The daily flights are the latest effort from the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) to promote the Saudi Summer programme, which saw the return of the anticipated Jeddah Season and Aseer Season.
Abha, the capital of Aseer, is a major part of Aseer Season, meaning these brand-new flights – eight to be exact – will be getting you to the fun all the more faster.
The flights will be operated by Saudi’s national carriers Saudia and budget-friendly flyadeal.
So grab your passports and fasten your seatbelts: this is everything you need to know about Saudia Abha flights.
Saudia Abha flights
The Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) recently unveiled the Saudi Summer programme, which saw the return of some of the most popular Seasons in the Kingdom, including Aseer Season and Jeddah Season, as well as new events to promote tourism.
Given the region’s temperate, almost cool temperatures and the massive comeback of Aseer Season, travel to Abha has increased exponentially both from inside and outside the Kingdom. To accommodate this, Saudia has upped its number of daily flights from 14 to 19 and flyadeal has increased daily flights from 14 to 17.
